The Right Left Baby Shower Game is an easy game to arrange to play and it's fun. It can get a little confusing...the more confusing, the funnier the game!
The guests should sit in a circle for the Right Left baby shower game. Hand a wrapped present to one of the guests but don't let anyone open it. Tell the guests that they must pass the present in the direction that the game poem tells them to. If you say the word left, they must pass the present to the left. If you say the word right, they must switch and pass the present to the person sitting to the right. The lucky guest who has the present at the end of the story gets to open the present and keep whichever of the baby shower party gifts is inside.
Here's the little ditty you can read for the Right Left baby shower game:
Mrs. Right was on her way to a baby shower. She accidentally took a Left instead of a Right at her corner, so she then took the first Left and got lost. Mrs. Right Left her house at noon and got their Right on time at 2:00. But Mrs. Right Left her gift at home! She was not in her Right mind today. Mrs. Right left the shower and went back home. The gift was on the table, Right where she had Left it! Mrs. Right Left her house and went Right back to the shower. When she arrived there wasn't any food Left! Mrs. Right was so hungry that she Left the shower, got Right back into her car and drove to the Right Left Right Doo-Wop Diner! Mrs. Right ordered the Sunday Special and ate it Right up until there was nothing Left! She Left the Right Left Right Doo-Wop Diner and Took a Left and went Right back to the baby shower.
